Only unopened and unused seed packs are eligible for return.
Seeds must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please package the seeds securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Upon receiving the returned seeds, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
If the returned seeds are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange, please inform our customer service team, and we will assist you in selecting alternative seeds of equal value.

Exceptions:

Due to legal restrictions and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used seed packs.
